Boston Warwick Research Report Licence Agreement

By purchasing and downloading a Boston Warwick research report, the purchaser agrees to the following terms.

1. Single user licence. The report is licensed for use by one named individual or, where purchased on behalf of a business, by employees of the purchasing organisation. It may not be shared outside that organisation.
2. No redistribution. The report may not be distributed, resold, sublicensed, or made available to third parties in any form, whether free of charge or for a fee.
3. No quoting without permission. The content, data, analysis and conclusions of the report may not be quoted, reproduced or publicly referenced without prior written permission from Boston Warwick Ltd.
4. No derivative works. Derivative works based on the report may not be created for external distribution.
5. Intellectual property. All intellectual property rights in the report remain with Boston Warwick Ltd.
6. Disclaimer. The report is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice. Boston Warwick Ltd accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of the report.

Permissions

Requests to quote, cite or reproduce any part of a report are welcome and are usually granted. Please make them in writing through the Boston Warwick website before publication.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
